Design is one pound lighter than standard design
Smooth upshifts and backshifts from Twin Trax helix
Twin enclosed rollers
Fully tunable with optional helx angles and springs
Optomized rib design reduces drag and improves cooling
Increased efficiency
Improved length-to-diamter ratio on bushings
New helix design requirew only four fasteners
Tied clutches and clutch helixes are NOT interchangeable with TSS-04 clutches and clutch helixes

How to Order:
1. Find your snowmobile model in the chart.
2. Choose a TSS-04 or Tied Driven style clutch.
3. Pick the correct clutch helix for your application.
4. Pick secondary springs.
5. Pick primary springs.
6. Add clutch weights (where applicable).
NOTE: All applications listed are for 0 - 3,000 ft. unless noted

To service the entire country as fast as possible, we have warehouses in many states across the country. The parts you order will ship to you from the closest warehouse with stock.
Will you ship non-C.A.R.B. legal parts to California?
No. You must provide a shipping address outside of California for non-C.A.R.B. legal parts.
Why does the part I’m looking for not look like your photo?
Although we source manufacture direct photos, some manufacturers only supply us with generic part or kit images. Please be sure to check both the title and description. We guarantee a proper match if your vehicle is in the title and/or description.
Does this part fit my vehicle?
We make every effort to include current vehicle fitment directly from respective manufacturers. Parts without fitment are to be assumed universal and may require vehicle modification. For more definitive fitment please feel free to contact us.
